Clear Pricing Based on Scope and Purpose
Basic proofreading starts at ¥1,500 for up to 500 Japanese characters. For texts exceeding 500 characters, I will review the total character count, complexity, and editing scope, then confirm the final price and delivery date before work begins.

All payments are made in Japanese yen. The final fee will be confirmed in the quotation before work begins.
Japanese content that has already been written or translated into Japanese is checked for typos and grammar, and unnatural wording is refined.
Brief editing notes are provided where helpful. Minor revisions requested within 14 days of delivery are free for up to two rounds, provided they remain within the originally agreed scope.
Long documents, recurring projects, urgent requests, and specialized content may require a separate quote. Availability and any additional fees will be confirmed in advance.

After you approve the quote, I will send PayPal payment instructions. Work begins once payment in Japanese yen is confirmed.
04 We deliver the proofread document. Minor revisions within the original scope of the request are free for up to two rounds if requested within 14 days of delivery.
